Originally contacted in September 2022 and first correspondence received on 3rd October 2022. It is now 16th March 2023 and still have not received Lasting Poer of Attorney, Trustee Resolution or Wills for myself and my wife. Two phone calls have resulted in same response - extremely busy and sourced to outside agency. All monies have been paid up front for a very poor service. How much longer have I to wait?

Service very slow takes months to process papers, you have to phone to find out what is happening, then you wait for a phone back which never happens. You eventually get a message for more ID nearly 9 months later. So no I don't rate this company very high and wish I had gone with another Company.

Waited 7 months for will. Just received a very genuine apology from Director Sam and a lady called Amanda but it took a bad review to get a promise of will in post and refund.
Helpful Report
A frustrating experience, even allowing for the extra issues during the Covid epidemic. We were keen to arrange very simple wills and LPAs with this company. The interview was fine, but then everything slowed down. Worse, both LPAs were returned by the public guardian as incomplete. 9 months later we are restarting this part of the process because it wasn't checked thoroughly.
Helpful Report
I was first approached at my local Wickes store and made arrangements for the rep to visit our home.Rep turned up on time and was very helpful (Kurt Paull). I am afraid everything went downhill after that the only time anything happened was when I phoned them and was fobbed off with yet another excuse.Eventually the wills arrived on 24th April after yet another call by me.The first meeting was on 12th Nov so it took 5 1/2 months for 2 simple wills. Will never use again and would not recommend to anyone else.
