Very happy with the service provided by Town & Country Law. Swift telephone call from the bookings team after making an online enquiry, who were very friendly. They booked me in for a telephone consultation with Nathan, who was very professional and advised me with the best planning for my circumstances. Thanks again.

My wife suffered a severe stroke in February 2023 this suddenly woke us up to the fact that we needed power of attorney and wills, made arrangements with yourselves to set up , had a house visit got all the paperwork sent out, we visited your office 21/ 07 /2023 to sign up and make sure everything was in place found on the will papers my son had been named in some parts as your son and in others his name but as your daughter, new paperwork was sent to us that had been corrected, we signed up I rang you to ask if we could call in and quickly have it checked over, I was told you don't do drop ins so I posted on 15/09 I rang on 03/10 to be told it was on the legal teams desk waiting to be typed up, early October my wife suffered seizures and ended up back in hospital, I rang your office explained my concerns about it not being in place due to my wifes condition I was told that the paperwork was still in the same position as before, but it would now be made a priority, I rang on 09/11 to be told it was ready for a solicitor to check in the afternoon and I would get a phone call from the solicitor, I received a call from someone in your office not the solicitor, saying that some things had changed due to my wife's condition, this paperwork was completed before my wife's seizures and should have been completed and be in place, I have been asked by a few people if I would recommend using yourselves I have told them no based on my experiences, when you call your office the phone rings for ages then you are put on hold, it seems that once you have collected payment, everything is just placed in a long queue, I have had a very stressful year I have spent more hours on the phone than I would like to calculate, I was lead to believe this would be a easy process and everything would be handled by your office, without chasing up I feel i would not be in any advanced position with this situation overall a very poor service.

Nathan at Town and Country Law phoned me up to run through facts for my will. I'd had a phone call the previous day to let me know what information he would need. As a result I was prepared for his questions. Being prepared made this whole process fairly quick and definitely easy. I took advantage of October low will price, which to be honest pushed me into getting my will sorted. Yes, I definitely saved money but I certainly felt I was getting a full priced service. Some people prefer face to face meetings but I'm disabled, so talking to Nathan on the phone was perfect for me. I took advantage of their lifetime will storage, as it wasn't expensive and it will be easy for family to get hold of it, instead of looking and possibly not finding it if I kept it at home.

I wanted the peace of mind to ensure that one day my children will inherit the fruits of my labour, after remarrying and being very aware they could lose out. After seeing a T&C Law ad online offering a will service offer, I simply filled in my contact details. I then received a quick courtesy phone call from John-Paul Smith who made an appointment for us to discuss my will requirements at a time to suit me. This was a simple but thorough process, he was extremely knowledgeable, non judgemental that I wasn't wealthy by any means & listened to my individual requests. Highly recommend both Town & Country and Jean-Paul to give you peace of mind at such a competitive price!

I contacted the firm after seeing their advert as I wanted to make a will. They were very efficient in setting me up with a telephone appointment at a time that suited me and the representative (Jean-Paul Smith) not only called me earlier in the day to confirm the appointment still suited, but during the appointment took me through everything, explaining details in a very clear and understandable manner. He answered all my questions and the whole process was very easy, thanks to him. I would recommend the firm, and Jean-Paul.
