Totally dissatisfied with service T&C law provide. They don't act on your behalf and still waiting well over 12.months since first instructed. They keep saying there was a delay with Land Registry and keep changing the dates and now will be 2026.I would be very careful before you instruct this firm to deal with your legal requirements. Thought they would take my concern seriously and chase up my awaited documentation with the Land Registry but they are just not interested. I am very dissatisfied and feel very vulnerable at my age having to deal with such unprofessional behaviour on the phone by the staff you talk to

Seemed promising at the outset. Good email contact and an informative first introductory phone call. I was left waiting for a phone call so decided to look elsewhere. They were apologetic, polite and went out of their way to make amends. Perhaps I was too hasty.

We contacted them in September 2021. Had consultation with Nick Munnings agreed what we wanted, wills, lpas and property trust. Had a few queries, he returned, we then received draft copies and still had some concerns. Nick failed to turn up to 2 appts so we contacted office in Feb 2020 and were told she would email him to make another appt. Haven't heard from then since and it is now 31st August 2020. Probably should not be surprised at that..what Company takes £1800 and doesn't help to iron out issues you have told them about. We have had 3 deaths in the past year due to terminal cancers, one quite recently, which is why we have not chased this up before. It has been a constant source of stress on top of an extremely stressful time. Anyway it looks as though we have nothing to show for our £1800 except a draw full of papers, feeling very let down and concerned as we were told recently that some of the paperwork may not infact do what we wanted which has left us more confused than ever with the way this company has acted with regard to us. Dates above should read 2022. UPDATE 01/09/2022. Was contacted this morning by James Scotney to discuss the concerns we have about the poor communication between us and his office. Have just spent a long time on the phone with him making things a little clearer and made a further appointment for Nick to return to help with a refresher on some of the paperwork. James was apologetic regarding the lack of communication, which is also down to us due to recent family bereavements, he explained alot and arranged a follow up which we hope will resolve the issues as we are happy with what we chose, Wills, Lpa's and Property Trust and he clarified that the Property Trust will meet our needs. Thank you James for your time, will be in touch.

After a bit of a hiccup I was totally shocked and surprised with the care and consideration I was given, every effort by James Scotney to accommodate my needs in handling my paperwork for my will and p.o.a. After buttering me up trying very hard to please me, I am still waiting, a letter was supposed to be sent to sign and five weeks still no letter, I do not get any info on updates, not even a courtesy call. I can not say I would recommend this Law firm.

After some initial problems with the detail of my will Sam got in touch and everything was resolved very quickly and satisfactorily. He also sent me some vouchers by way of an apology for not getting it right first time.
