“Paid over 3K last September had paperwork posted out to sign which we did. Heard nothing more so called them in December and they said it was getting typed it is now mid March still nothing. I want an immediate response or full refund very poor service quick to take your money”

“Town & Country are preparing out joint wills, we had initial contact from Nathan who took all our details and understood our requirements completely, Nathan forwarded the T&C’s the same day and the legal Department are now preparing our draft copies. All is moving in a timely manor and at a very good price.”

“Had Certificate of Estate Protection plan in force….contacted after Husband passed away…..was given entirely wrong information…..have now consulted a different Company…..had to write off original £500 paid to get plan. I also have a Plan in my name……again £500 to be written off. Had we followed instructions regarding estate would have bee another£1000 worst off as we didn’t need to do what was instructed!!!!! No confidence whatsoever in this Company.”

“I wanted to re write my will, which I made 5 years ago as I needed to make some minor changes. So far the process has been excellent and significantly cheaper than my previous one. The approximate 30min chat over the phone was straightforward, friendly and easy to understand; the process was fully explained and any queries I had answered. I am looking forward to receiving my will through the post in a couple of weeks.”
