“I contacted the firm after seeing their advert as I wanted to make a will. They were very efficient in setting me up with a telephone appointment at a time that suited me and the representative (Jean-Paul Smith) not only called me earlier in the day to confirm the appointment still suited, but during the appointment took me through everything, explaining details in a very clear and understandable manner. He answered all my questions and the whole process was very easy, thanks to him. I would recommend the firm, and Jean-Paul.”

“12months ago we had a visit from a pleasant gentleman who offered a quick and efficient service for 2 wills and a trust fund. After numerous phone calls we got the wills in March after signing all the documents in December. To this date we are waiting for our trust fund paperwork. After a phone call today we have been told they are sending a document to be signed and then returned to the Land Registry and then back to us, despite a form being signed in December by us and our children. Town and Country have never phoned us we have had to phone them. When is this going to be all sorted”

“13 months to sort a will. Power of attorney. And still waiting for our land registry deeds to be sorted. You can never get a straight answer from this firm. So disappointed with the whole business.”

“They don't use Solicitors so Legal Ombudsman cannot help with problems. Cost over £2000 despite their adverts. 20 months later still not received Will despite saying it was urgent. Continually incorrect. Person died before completion of paperwork. No communications from them for months, have to phone them and never speak to same person. Dreadful firm.”

“We had Kurt from the Kings Lynn office visit us . He was very pleasant and explained everything we needed to know in detail . He made us feel confident in him and the Kings Lynn branch . All queries were answered and we are now pleased to be dealing with Town and Country . “After taking to James’s this morning he. has put my mind at ease about my will and trust fund. He’s going to sort out my land register with HMRC free of charge and put my mind at ease with all the paperwork. I can’t thank him enough for all the things he has done. I am truly grateful. I would recommend Town & Country for their Will service and their trust service. Very prompt and have great communicating skills over the phone.”

“I saw their advert on Face Book and looked into Town And Country Law. I thought the very low price for the Will service was just a trick to get my details - but I was wrong ! I paid exactly the price shown on Face Book. I had a 10am telephone appointment With Jean-Paul Smith and was amazed when he called right on time. I was very well looked after and all points were covered. Well Done !”
