“I did not realise that delivery needed siging for..would not leave with a neighbour. Had to stay in to sign for three tubes of spot cream! I missed the first delivery. They came in a brown evelope that had been squashed..all the tubes and boxes within where squashed! No protection for the product itself but over protection regarding delivery. You could add a box on your oredering website to ask about leaving in a safe place or delivery to a neighbour if the person ordering prefers.”
