“Ordered a Painpen on 30 day refund basis. Sadly the product did not work for me and Hi applied for a refund. No issue with the process and the refund was made in a timely fashion.”

“This was the first time I had used this company but it certainly won't be the last. I ordered on line & that in its self was very simple. The order was quickly acknowledged and quickly despatched. The product itself was very effective & my only regret is that I didn't take up their offer for two.”
