“have been using twice daily .It take pain out when first used although its is not strong enough to last long. Since i have been using this gel my akles keep cracking when i walk.I dont think this gel is for my rheumatoid arthritis, Thank you Michele”

“Unfortunately I did not receive the benefit I was looking for to receive through your product. It did not help me to sleep and I was very disappointed to find that out. The delivery time for my order was excellent. I have found that the customer service at Tower Health is very good and they really are looking after their customers.”

“Ordered 3 tubes of Fisioplus after checking availability and price. Did not arrive so wife did Facebook and I an e mail. Basically 2 different people replied, both saying out of stock, 1 offering same amount over more tubes and no more, the other offering 2 small tubes free to bridge the gap. Both gave different delivery times. My gripe is communication!”

“My wife swears by Joint Relief Gel. However I’m sceptical as it doesn’t give my knee much relief at all. I think it has a placebo effect, but one doesn’t argue with the wife 😉”

“I have spent quite a lot of money on so called miracle cures and I am still waiting for the miracle to happen. I am still keeping the faith but it is wearing thin. If after I finish the treatment I still feel the same I will decide whether or not to buy any more”

“Sadly the goods I ordered were no longer actually being stocked by Tower Health but at least they took the trouble to call and report that that was the case. Just awaiting my refund that hasn’t happened as yet.”

“Replied to mailshot offer for Paingone pen with free gift. Never received free gift so I rang to complain. Was told it would follow on but it took another phone call before I received it. Apparently it was partly my fault for not entering a code, but happily Tower have now rectified the error.”

“I was glad to be able to access the product I needed rather than having to join a queue outside my local chemist. Unfortunately, the questionnaire used to assess my need for the product was so badly worded that I nearly gave up! I was asked how long I had had the condition and when I gave the truthful answer of 'several years' this was not accepted. The answer HAD to be in 'days' . I the end I made up the figure of '100 days' in order to be able to enter the order. An additional (minor) irritant is the fact that, for some reason, I am being contacted as 'Mr' even though I am female - which is odd, considering the detailed assessment I had to complete.”

“you have shipped the order but, there is no shipping number. for example i need info. of my last order # 100155137. in addition, i have sent inquiry (twice) regarding credit i have, that was not applied to my order. Have not received any reply. please advise”
