I purchased a Tens Pen Plus mainly for use on my back but find it impossible to hold in position on my own. However, it does work on the arthritis in my hands.

I have spent quite a lot of money on so called miracle cures and I am still waiting for the miracle to happen. I am still keeping the faith but it is wearing thin. If after I finish the treatment I still feel the same I will decide whether or not to buy any more

Replied to mailshot offer for Paingone pen with free gift. Never received free gift so I rang to complain. Was told it would follow on but it took another phone call before I received it. Apparently it was partly my fault for not entering a code, but happily Tower have now rectified the error.

Not very impressed due to arthritis in my thumbs hard to operate the button particularly the amount of times you recommend

Sadly the goods I ordered were no longer actually being stocked by Tower Health but at least they took the trouble to call and report that that was the case. Just awaiting my refund that hasn’t happened as yet.

Whilst the price and delivery were very acceptable, I am very disappointed that the adverts did not include all the exceptions for use. I have neck pains and metal inserts (which have not worked for me!) and it was only after I bought the device and read all the instructions that I discovered you should NOT use it on your neck or if you have metal implants!!!!!!!!!!! As it happens, I ,and the wife, are not getting any younger so we have pains in other places too so I am HOPING this pen will help. I also hope this review will prompt Tower Health to "correct" their advert. Paul

The acknowledgment, payment and receipt were good. I however have found little or no relief using the pen and have returned to Tiger Balm

My order took over a week to arrive. I would have expected to have been informed of the delay if my order was not in stock. I even received a request to leave feedback here when I hadn't received my order and there was no reply to the enquiries-based email address when I queried my order. It took a subsequent email to a different address before I was finally informed about my order which arrived 9 days after the order was placed. I am happy to receive the item though.

I was pleased the product was delivered quite quickly, but disappointed that I had to pay for postage when the cost was over £50.

Tower had the pills I needed, and I was able to order them easily, and received them promptly. I paid probably 30% over shop price for the convienience, due to sheilding. They are a little annoying with frequent emails offering sales promotions, etc which is off putting.

I was glad to be able to access the product I needed rather than having to join a queue outside my local chemist. Unfortunately, the questionnaire used to assess my need for the product was so badly worded that I nearly gave up! I was asked how long I had had the condition and when I gave the truthful answer of 'several years' this was not accepted. The answer HAD to be in 'days' . I the end I made up the figure of '100 days' in order to be able to enter the order. An additional (minor) irritant is the fact that, for some reason, I am being contacted as 'Mr' even though I am female - which is odd, considering the detailed assessment I had to complete.
