“There was a good service with TowerHealth itself, however, when it came to delivery, it took longer that expected and did not turn up. I then went on the tracker to see that there was a 'confusion in address' and it had gone to the customer service department in Hampshire, when I live in Kent! Evidently going to take even longer to be delivered! No one contacted me to tell me there was a confusion in address; but also, there should not of been a confusion in address because it was Tower Health website that searched and found my address. It is a standard address!? So, to summarise, I am still waiting for my delivery, but the response in helping me find the correct item from Tower Health was speedy and on point.”

“I purchased an item from there website and paid for 24-48 hour delivery. 72 hours later with no delivery i contacted the company. I was told it must have been lost in the post and now they were out of stock but it is ironic to note that even when told they were out of stock, there website would still allow me to place an order for the same item. Personally i think i got lied to but did get everything i paid refunded.”
