I sent 4 emails to make refund for 3 of the items till now no one answered Me !!!!

Website for trade clients is useless, as discounts don't apply so you have to ring up wasting time! I've reported this to our account manager. Also Physioplus is not the same as Fisiocrem an inferior product so my Practitioners tell me.

I have used the pen type products and didn’t seem to give me any relief from pain in my leg and knees.I have given it a good trial as directed in the instructions but very poor results. I will continue doing the same thing a bit Longer .I also tried you pain relief jell ,I found it’s nowhere near as good as what my doctor Phorpain .

I followed the guidelines and used the paingone pen three times a day for ten days, but I did not notice any improvement in my knees. They are still stiff and painful when I sit down and stand up. It was worth a try. Anything is worth a try when you are in pain!

I order on Wednesday and it’s Monday, no sign that my items are being dispatched or when I will be likely to receive them! I need the gel to help with pain! Don’t know what I will do!

Delivery was promised within 3-5 working days but didn’t arrive. Long on hold waiting times. When I gave the rep (Harry) my postcode he couldn’t find the order and said it must not have gone through. When I told him I had an email from them confirming the order, he found it but asked me to call back the following day and gave me the direct number. The next day I tried that number 3 times. Each time it rang twice and went dead. When I got through to him after another long on hold wait, he said someone would call me with info by 5:30. It didn’t happen. Still waiting, but likely to cancel the £700+ order.

I placed an order on the site and waited. A few days later the money was refunded to my account. No correspondence at all to suggest why etc.. Now continually receiving the email to rate them.

I was in isolation and my daughter really needed some Calpol so I paid £5.99 to get it to me ASAP. It came a week later. She had recovered! I did get a refund with no quibble which was the only good thing. But a bottle of Calpol on here ended up costing me nearly a tenner!

Ordered 2 items online. Only 1 arrived despite 2 being clearly marked on order and invoice. Obviously no quality checks in place or attention to detail. Help line very friendly but couldn't do anything except take a message to pass on. Now 3 weeks on and still no replacement item or follow up from "customer services" - what a joke.

Some time ago I bought a back brace but I can’t wear it as it is SO uncomfortable now I have put it away unworn. The same with a copper thread back support it also is VERY uncomfortable. The ankle supports are fine, they help the arthritis in my feet.

I cannot comment on the item I purchased as I did not receive it. Your carriers attempt to deliver the last time comprised of them placing a "non delivery\ return to sender" note in my letterbox, which surprised me as I had waited in the house especially - infact I did receive another delivery that day.

Service was quick but box and part of the order damaged.sent it back on the 19th April but so far no replacement been returned.

There was a good service with TowerHealth itself, however, when it came to delivery, it took longer that expected and did not turn up. I then went on the tracker to see that there was a 'confusion in address' and it had gone to the customer service department in Hampshire, when I live in Kent! Evidently going to take even longer to be delivered! No one contacted me to tell me there was a confusion in address; but also, there should not of been a confusion in address because it was Tower Health website that searched and found my address. It is a standard address!? So, to summarise, I am still waiting for my delivery, but the response in helping me find the correct item from Tower Health was speedy and on point.

Product and delivery time fine. Frustrating user experience on checkout system, found myself having to complete the page several times. It wasn't broken, just poor functionality.

You can't get rid of this company. I've phoned them to stop sending me junk mail but they still send it.
