“I've only had this a week or so I've given it 4 stars wish I could give 5 up to now this actually works on my knuckles with not much joy from other creams I've always been pleased with their products”

“The service from Tower Health was very good indeed. The parcel arrived quicker than I expected and the product was a good size and easy to use. In spite of all the very positive reviews on Arthrogel it has not worked for me. I have stage 4 OE in one knee and stage 3 in the other. It's very soothing but it doesn't take my pain away sadly. I'm really glad it works for others though. I'm due a tkr in July and that seems to be the only relief that's likely to work, for me anyway. I really hope so.”

“I have rheumatoid arthritis. It does help with my shoulder and knee pain. It has a cooling effect on the joint. You need to reapply it after a while but yes it does work for me.”

“Pleased with product. I'd paid for express delivery, and when I telephoned to say it hadn't arrived, a very nice young man explained that demand had outstripped supply. Although I hadn't rung to ask for this, merely to wonder what had happened, he refunded my express postage payment straight away. My parcel arrived a few days later.”

“Arthrogel is good but, like all these herbal treatments, it only works so far - it definitely lessens the pain for some hours but never quite stops it. I find the same with arnica, lfrankincense and magnesium cream. Having said that though, I’d find my life even harder without it.”

“Have used Paingone several times now on my arthritic knee and have found it surprisingly relaxing in a weird way. I think longer term use will give a better understanding of its efficiency so send me another link in a month or two”

“Although I am still assessing the effectiveness of my purchase, I cannot fault the service of Tower Health. My order was shipped to me very quickly. I think the remedy I bought is doing something for me, but Iam not certain. I will perhaps write another review at a later date”
