“I did not realise that delivery needed siging for..would not leave with a neighbour. Had to stay in to sign for three tubes of spot cream! I missed the first delivery. They came in a brown evelope that had been squashed..all the tubes and boxes within where squashed! No protection for the product itself but over protection regarding delivery. You could add a box on your oredering website to ask about leaving in a safe place or delivery to a neighbour if the person ordering prefers.”

“My dog pepi is a yorky he is a rescue dog and is getting on in years he has often suffered wit his health but lately his kidneys been failing and the vet said its getting worse he is also allergic to the medication i looked for something else for him and came across denes kidney support and food since he has received them he is much livelier and eating normally and starting to play more which he has not done for a few months things seem to be looking up for him now hope he keeps improving for the first time i feel he will thanks to denes”

“Don't use! They had a questionnaire that wasn't live when I placed my order April 28th 2014? I get a confirmation email stating dispatch of my goods but 9 days on nothing delivered!!! I rang them up to find out that the pharmacist wanted this questionnaire completed that I wasn't aware of or my order will not be dispatched? Well my order was gaviscon? Do you really need to complete a questionnaire for an over the counter item! they had 9 days to let me know about this questionnaire they had my email address, phone number etc so the order was cancelled and I will never use them again!!”
