Ordered 21 October, confirmation email arrived. Email asking for star rating arrived 26 oct, no product yet! Contact Tower to be told it went out of stock day I ordered, yet they did not advise me until I chased FIVE days later! Terrible company, avoid!

We are still waiting for the face wash? We had an email saying we could upgrade to 100ml yet when we spoke to an agent they said we could not do this so we are still without the face wash it’s about 4 weeks now!!

Didn't deliver order than lied saying those items were not available when they marked it as paid and delivered Asked to be reimbursed for their mistake and then ignored me as they can't provide the items at that price they shouldn't make it as paid and delivered

My first and now only order. My order was a week “processing” and then my payment was refunded to my bank with absolutely no contact from Tower Health as to why ☹️☹️☹️

I ordered and paid for a product to be delivered to Australia, only to find out later that the item could not be imported to Australia and when my refund was processed I lost $50 AUD in the exchange rate... all because of an error made by Tower Health

The face wash and cream should not be advertised and sold together as 10% is not a safe amount and burnt my face. Delivery was very slow also.

Product ordered, still waiting for it. Don't have these issues with Amazon. They need to up their game to retain their customer base or indeed grow their customer base. Unlikely I'll shop with them again. I can now confirm that the order has been received but this does not negate the aforementioned criticism.

They have kept my money for two orders that were never fulfilled, from November and December (it is now February), and are ignoring my emails about refunding it. edit: thanks for the reply Tristan, nice to know your company responds so quickly to public criticism compared to private emails from customers requesting assistance, and yet another five days later I still haven't heard anything.

I Ordered on the 10th of January 2021 I was told the order would be in on the 15th. I have heard nothing from Tower Health by email this now the 20th of January. So i phoned and the person said they had not had the goods from their Supplier. My problem is They took the money Before sending the goods. It should not have happened and they did not inform me by email of a delay. Not Good Tower Health

Sadly I have tried to use the PainGone on my leg which is very painful from the sciatic nerve being inflamed but there has been absolutely no relief of the pain. Maybe I am using it incorrectly. The instructions for use seem to be very inadequate. I have actually hurt my hand trying to press the item itself onto the painful areas of my hip and upper leg. I am so disappointed as I really prefer not to take drugs for this pain but I have had to resort to more exercises and taking paracetamol instead. Susan Ryall Tower Health responded to my previous comments and have suggested I use a different item- Paingone Plus. I have since received this new product and have found it more effective. Consequently I have also recommended it to 2 friends who thought it was a good idea. I have returned the first Paingone for a refund. Susan Ryall Susan Ryall

I ordered a lotion for skin tag removal, I applied the lotion exactly as directed and it made absolutely no difference what so ever. Would definitely not recommend.

I bought 2 Magnetic Neoprene Knee supports based on the web description of ".....and thanks to Velcro fastenings........there is just one size to fit everyone" however this is misleading and untrue. The foot and wrist versions may well have Velcro fastenings but on arrival the knee supports did not, and will not fit everyone. In trying to pull the support up to my knee I aggravated my tennis or golfers elbow. No one seemed bothered by this nor apologised when I rang and I was told that I must return them by recorded delivery at my expense. By law they cannot insist on this unless it was made clear at the point of sale that this would be the case, not by referring to the T & C's afterwards on the invoice. I found "Gary's" attitude impolite when I referred to an immediate refund given on an earlier order for a faulty Pain Gone pen by "Faz", a credit to Tower Health. I was called a liar when I referred to this, but "Gary" backtracked when I offered proof. He was going to get Faz to ring me that day - I didn't believe him, and was proven correct. I have returned the item using the FREEPOST address grudgingly supplied when I refused to pay for the cost of posting (I got a receipt from the Post Office) together with 2 "Thermal Copper Supports - elbow" described as "tailor made for painful joints", inferring "one size fits all" which is not the case - misleading advertising again -far too small - echoed by other buyers. I await my refund after quarantining of return products has taken place on receipt by Tower Health. I felt that I was neither believed not valued as a customer who had previously made orders totalling over £100. I feel in addition to the refund that an apology is appropriate, but based on my experience yesterday doubt if that will happen. A thoroughly distasteful experience that need not, and should not, have happened. John P.S. I also pointed out to help Tower Health another error in a listing for Therapeutic Neoprene Knee Support that referred to 18" knee "diameter" which should have been "circumference", however this seemed to further confuse Gary!

I would actually give tower health zero stars if I was able. I ordered from them and was sent an empty box i then emailed to which they did not reply i then phoned them a couple of times to be told yes they were sending it and it will take 5 to 6 working days well 14 days and more phone calls I am still waiting i have now logged a dispute with my card provider fir the return of my money so please do not buy from them check with your local pharmacies 1st customer service is shocking
