This is the first time I have ordered from Tower Health and as part of my order I should have received my ‘welcome gift’ but unfortunately this was not included within my order. I have sent an email and phoned and left a message to call me back and still no response. I am very disappointed with Tower Health.

Unfortunately I had to change my delivery date to 2nd May. I waited in all day, no delivery. I then chose to collect, I didn’t realise it would take me to the other side of London, 2 buses and 20 mins walk. I am 81 years old. It was hot day, I asked the lady on reception for some water so I could take a painkiller tablet my back and she said she didn’t have any. I will not use tower again whilst you use Yodel for your delivery service

Having just tried this product it did not have any effect what so ever with the problem it was supposed to resolve.I feel as if I have been conned out of £39 and the splurge that sold it to me fooled me completely.You will gather that I am more than disappointed with this purchase and could not recommend this companys products based on this first purchase

I ordered and paid for a product to be delivered to Australia, only to find out later that the item could not be imported to Australia and when my refund was processed I lost $50 AUD in the exchange rate... all because of an error made by Tower Health

Didn't deliver order than lied saying those items were not available when they marked it as paid and delivered Asked to be reimbursed for their mistake and then ignored me as they can't provide the items at that price they shouldn't make it as paid and delivered

Really poor service. Website stated Royal Mail would deliver my package within 48 hours, however it turns out Hermes, have the package, and it;s been over seven days since getting an email stating of dispatch and still no sign of the package that I have payed for. Hermes are absolute rubbish at deliveries and I would not have ordered if I'd not been lied to on the website as to the delivery company used. 8 days ago I ordered and payed for the medication that I had every hope of getting within 48-72 hours. I find a whole week to be very poor service. Apparently they tried delivery today, no need to sign for the item just pop it through the letter box, but no, they are leaving it ANOTHER 24 hours according to the website, which ruins my Saturday having to wait in for a package that should have arrived at least four days ago. Not happy at all.

Don't use! They had a questionnaire that wasn't live when I placed my order April 28th 2014? I get a confirmation email stating dispatch of my goods but 9 days on nothing delivered!!! I rang them up to find out that the pharmacist wanted this questionnaire completed that I wasn't aware of or my order will not be dispatched? Well my order was gaviscon? Do you really need to complete a questionnaire for an over the counter item! they had 9 days to let me know about this questionnaire they had my email address, phone number etc so the order was cancelled and I will never use them again!!

Terrible company, never received the delivery! The courier lied saying they attempted to deliver 3 times, I received items from Royal Mail and Amazon on the same day they said they attempted, and I was in, which means they were outright lying and deceiving! I have not even received the refund, outrageous! Don’t trust them!

My first and now only order. My order was a week “processing” and then my payment was refunded to my bank with absolutely no contact from Tower Health as to why ☹️☹️☹️

I order 2 weeks ago. Contacted then after a week. They had lost my order but promised to send it out straight away. Took them an hour to work this out my order has still not turned up and I've been forced to file a dispute with paypal. They still haven't responded to them either! Avoid at all costs!!

I placed an order on the 25/11 and had not received it by 04/12, sent an email no response, then had to call and stated they were out of stock for one item, which certainly wasn't mentioned on the website and no update provided. If they did run out of stock one wold have expected them to at least email with an update!

Wrong size sent ordered online the 200ml size and received a smaller 60ml. The price was for the 200ml ordered online. When I called customer service I was told I ordered the 60ml at the 200ml price. I said to the customer service representative then maybe I should contact Trading Standards as they are advertising on online 200ml and sending 60ml. He replied that the website had 60ml. I said no it doesn't. He then said I should contact them by phone in the future to get the right item at the right price. I said that I wanted the right size as I paid for it. He replied that I needed to pay for the 200ml and for me to return the 60ml. I paid for the 200ml. I checked the website after and it stated 200ml not 60ml. Also by ordering by phone the price was about £5 cheaper than ordering online. Tower Health needs to get their pricing and size structure the same whether online or by phone otherwise Trading Standards may get involved . This is the first time I have ever complained about any of Tower Health products which I have always found be excellent quality products at a fair price.

Product ordered, still waiting for it. Don't have these issues with Amazon. They need to up their game to retain their customer base or indeed grow their customer base. Unlikely I'll shop with them again. I can now confirm that the order has been received but this does not negate the aforementioned criticism.

Not happy with this company. I placed an order for an Automatic Pain Gone Unit. When I saw the acknowledgement, realised that they had only put the order in for the manual version. Called them the very next working day. I was assured that this would not be sent out and that a refund would be imminent. Paid for the automatic version which arrived all ok. However, a few days later the manual version arrived, so I have been involved in having to pay to have this returned. Will not be using them again if they are so disorganised.
