The next day delivery option was extremely useful and I appreciated how even during this pandemic my items still arrived on time. “Prompt confirmation and delivery. I was a little taken aback by the delivery of 20 kg in one container. Rather presumptive of me to assume that it would come in four 5Kg containers!! 20 Kg a little difficult for an 85 year old to manhandle especially when the delivery man left it without waiting for the bell to be answered. Product not utilised yet, purchased prior to present stock being used up.”
