“Every year, my order is delivered quickly, with good notifications. Products have been very well packaged and there have been no order errors. This time I bought the Catfish cleaner. Well made but worth noting it tends to want to float so takes effort to hold under the water. Secondly, it has a very small filter bag so is quickly in need of a rinse. Suitable for small jobs only.”

“The order arrived in one day despite it being a 48 hour delivery. Unfortunately the chlorine testing strips had an expiry date of July 2023. However new ones were sent and arrived the next day after I pointed out the error. I have been a customer fo probably more than 20 years and have always receieved good service and this ws the only mistake.”

“Ordering from this company was straightforward and the price for the item was competitive and for that I'm happy. The only option I had regarding shipping was parcelforce48 which I paid £7.50. I wouldn't have minded but in the end my item was received after 5 days opposed to within 2. Upon contacting Parcelforce they stated my property had been marked as inaccessible which was not true. Having cleared this up the item was till not delivered the following day.”

“I order Activ-ox from Swimming Pool Chemicals every 3 months. I use it each time i change the water in the hot tub. I have found it to be the best product for removing bio-film and deep cleaning the tub prior to refilling it. Product always arrived within a few days of ordering and is always well packaged and intact when it arrives.”
