“Good stock selection. Quick delivery and excellent customer service. We’ve got everything we needed for much better price than elsewhere and even thought we had a little issue with the website during order, it’s been quickly resolved by their customer service. Highly recommended.”

“The shock chlorine has no effect, our pool is still green even though we have used the correct dosage, then twice as much, absolute rubbish, cost a lot too!!”

Sorry you have not been happy with the Chlorine Shock. If your pool is green then you will need to put at least three times the normal shock dose in at once. In some cases it may take 10 times the normal shock dose if the pool is very green. Please be assured that this is standard 65-70% Calcium Hypochlorite Granules, widely used on the market and we have had no other complaints about this product not working effectively, as you can see from the other reviews.

“I’ve used Swimming Pool chemicals for a fair time now and always had a good reliable and swift service. One thing however, that I was not as impressed with, was the fact that I’ve had to re register my account for the new website. I live in India and our house with pool is in the UK Being rented out, so it was just a little bit of extra hassle that I’m surprised couldn’t have been avoided and data ported across. Having said that we are now ‘remembered’ on the site so future orders will be smoother... Best regards, Andrew”

“Delivery came very quckly, well packaged and all items in the box. Will treat the pool once full; as long as the steri strips work OK, i would definately use this supplier again!”

“I can't speak highly enough of the service I received last week. I had a pressing time issue leading up to a property sale... and a green pool! The technical advice on the website is comprehensive and well presented. However, given my problem, I emailed the company to check that I was doing everything possible to clear the pool. I was given expert guidance and advice, almost immediately. The chemicals order was delivered within 48 hours and the disastrous state of the pool rectified in time for a crucial viewing. Thank you so very much SPC. Toby (Kent)”
