“I have been maintaining a quite large private pool (salt water) for over 50 years and was very happy when I discovered Swimming Pool Chemicals. Firstly they delivered the necessary chemicals into Northern Ireland and secondly they did it at a competitive price. I have now been a repeat cusomer for many years. They have never let me down. Orders have always been delivered on time, products are great quality and whenever I have had any query their customer service has been excellent and very courteous. I would highly recommend this company to any pool ownwr”

“Outer packaging seemed intact. Goods inside were received in a damaged condition. I reported this to Swimming Pool Chemicals with photos of damaged goods. They replied that it must have been the couriers doing and was not their problem. Disgraceful customer service.”

Hi, thank you for your review, we are very sorry for the condition this tub arrived in. We would never intentionally send anything out damaged, we are very lucky to have good warehouse staff. Occasionally things can get damaged by the courier in transit passing from depot to depot and when this happens they have repacked it and sent it on. We can only apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.
