“I have just returned to Hot Tub use after moving home and went straight back to Swimming Pool Chemicals for a starter kit. They were very helpful with my last hot tub and I had a 10 minute chat with a gent in the shop when I called in. I learnt more in that 10 minutes than I had in hours of reading up online, he even put about £20 worth of stuff back on the shelf that I didn't need. Their Starter Kits take hard and soft water area in to account and the included instructions are spot on. They are even laminated which is a nice touch.”

“Fantastic service with the most amazing product. We use the 500 multi tablets. The pool looks brilliant all year round. Since using these tablets in two floating containers in an outdoor poor surrounded by trees. Cannot believe the difference life really is simple. Weekly we put a tablet or in winter half a tablet in container and check any debris is removed. Rarely check the chlorine and PH you can see at a glance the water is sparkling. Since using these”

“We have been customers for many years--probably 20. We receive regular bulletins which feature price reductions and the same free gifts. `all very good!..BUT there is no personal service----it is all automated whether one is a new or ole customer. Your systems ,without too many adjustments, should tell you the products your customers buy and how frequently. Also when they are likely to run out. Perhaps customised incentives sent by post and followed up with a phone call might help------or variations. Whatever you do keep it simple!. I am in business and see huge changes taking place. SPC should innovate and further grow your highly successful business. Wishing you continued success. Peter G Birch”

“I ordered tablets for my pool lab, I made a mistake and one of the tablets I ordered was wrong, I spoke to both Jayne and Jason who were both really helpful but the shipment had already left, when the tablets came there was 2 packages 1 was my original order and the other was a replacement for the ones I had ordered by mistake. I didn't request a replacement but the did it anyway. Excellent service and would highly recommend”
