“I would summarise it in two words: FIRST CLASS and that is in ease of order, competative prices, speed of delivery and choosing a reliable carrier that delivers to the right address & not to other houses whose occupants are out while the people concerned were in & waiting for the delivery of their goods, with two large house name signs that could be read even in the dark!”

The tracking shows that the driver was unable to access the delivery address and the parcel has been placed into the hold bay.
