“I would love to write a review about Swimming Pool Chemicals but unfortunately, I am unable to do so because I am still waiting for the arrival of the order. DHL informed me that the parcel was delayed last Friday, I sent them an email inquiring about the progress of the delivery 3 days ago and I am still waiting for a response to my inquiry!”

Hi Andrew Thanks for your feedback and sorry that you have yet to receive your order. Unfortunately once the order leaves our warehouse and is with the courier, it is out of our control. We have received this parcel back into our warehouse today as DHL were unable to locate the delivery address, we have sent an email to your email address to inform you and ask for more information, so that we can send the order out again and ensure delivery is successful this time. If there are any issues with the delivery, I would advise contacting us rather than DHL, so that we can sort it out straight away for you. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
