“I have always received an excellent service from Swimming Pool Chemicals.However when I unpacked the drum of Chlorine Granules the bottom of the plastic drum had been split on the lower side and underneath leading to some loss of product out of the bottom of one of the bags. As the outert packing was intact I can only presume that the damage had already occurred before despatch.”
