“First time using Total Merchandise and to be honest they were great. I had an urgent order of 140 water bottles needed for an event taking place at our venue and they were quick to sort everything out and get a delivery sorted in time for when we needed it. We did pay for an early morning delivery, which did not happened, but that was not their fault, it was the delivery service they used, but apart from that a quick, efficient and most importantly fantastic product.”

“We ordered some basic pens from Total Merchandise and they're great! Very good value for really nice quality pens and great delivery (they arrived before expected!) The ordering process was a small faff and the boxes they come in aren't very sturdy, but absolutely lovely products and exactly what we wanted!”

“Wonderful service, I needed to add some wording and they did it straight away, matched the font and colour to our brand even though the wording was not part of the logo, could not be happier - great value for money and great customer service - thank you Elizabeth and thank you Total Merchandise!”
