“Our new unbleached cotton book bags look really good and its a great way to get our logo seen around the neighbourhood. Useful size, good for lots of things, not just books! Excellent service, really quick turnaround and very helpful with the artwork so that its nice and clear.”

“Leah was rubbish to work with. She constantly made mistakes because she didn't proof read which slowed down the process. Not all items arrived on time as a consequence. She also didn't seem to read my emails properly. Having said that she was always polite and apologetic. It was just frustrating on my end. When the items did arrive not all the quantities were exact. For example a box of pencils that should have been 250 were actually 247. If this continues the small margins add up! I also think all your hidden charges are shocking!! You should just be upfront about the cost as that would save everyone time. I had to change my order twice to get it into my budget which was beyond frustrating, especially with Leah as she didn't seem to take note of everything. I think when one submits an order of thousands of pounds one expects an impeccable service and this was far from it!”

“The communication with the team was very poor and messy. I ended up having to deal with 6 different people and having to request the same thing over and over with not much success. I had to amend the preview 5 times because of this lack of communication. I had to correct the delivery address twice, first they wrote a completely different address from the one I provided and then they forgot to put my name on the delivery address. I also had to correct the final price of the command as 1) they charged me for 150 t-shirts instead of 50 t-shirts as I requested and 2) they were charging VAT on a product that is meant to be VAT free. A command of 50 simple t-shirts took over a month. Overall, I am very unsatisfied with the professionalism of the team. I had to constantly be on top of things that weren't part of my job.”

“We spent a week speaking to several merchandise providers and collecting quotes and samples. Total Merchandise were the most competitive on price, provided samples in a timely manner and were a pleasure to work with. We are delighted with our items and will definitely order again.”
