“Whilst I couldn't fault the products themselves, the particular sales representative I dealt with was not good at their role in the slightest. I felt they did not know the products, did not read nor listen to instructions and was all in all rather rude. I think staff need to be trained or supervised better, however, I would happily buy from Total Merchandise again if I dealt with someone more competent.”
