“the quality of the pens really wernt good. They overcharged for you to get a sample printed then it turned up and the logo was too small. it took forever to sort. So gutted with the result. Honestly, i'd advise getting a sample of your stationary not just a paper proof as it looks different”

“I found Total Merchandise online using Google. Easy to get a price for items. However, the item I wanted was not enough in stock but was still quoted to me. Took a long time to get a visual. The items arrived on time and looked nice.”

“I was really impressed with the support provided and the efficiency of everything, thank you. My only suggestion for improvement is to include more beginner-friendly language, as I have not ordered Merchandise before and I was unsure of several words. But my overall experience was good and the Merchandise looks great!”
