“We have been very impressed with the quality of the products and delivery times were as said - 12 of our mugs arrived broken there was no problem in sorting out the replacements and they still arrived in time - Poppy was extremely helpful . Very good customer service”

“Contacted Total Merchandise as a new customer with an urgent order only giving them a short timeframe to work within to meet our requirements for a school event (which they did thank you!) Was provided with a competitive quote very promptly and dealt with the same person throughout the order. Very pleased with our purchase and would definitely use them in the future.”

“Really good communication between myself and staff, my order was discussed thoroughly before being placed. As I was un sure of what I wanted. When the banner arrived I was overwhelmed as it exceeded all my expectations. Good quality product, will definately be using total merchandise again! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”

“A massive thank you to Liz, who made sure I received everything I had ordered, even though there was massive waits from my marketing team. Liz also informed me of any issues with orders straight away. Issues such as logos not fitting well or needing to be in a different format. I will definitely be using Total Merchandise again.”
