“My experience with Total Merchandise was great. The member of staff I was in contact with (Poppy) was quick to respond and kept me well up to date on my order, and when there was a problem with the logo I sent over she was very helpful and arranged to have it redrawn free of charge. I received my order a lot sooner than I was expecting which was perfect as I needed them in time for an event and everything came exactly as I had envisioned. Would highly recommend Total Merchandise.”

“The service I received from the beginning to the end of the process was excellent. My order was processed speedily and very efficiently, with any queries I had regarding artwork, for example, being dealt with in a friendly and helpful manner. “I was so impressed with the service from Total Merchandise! They pulled out all the stops to get our order processed within a short timescale. Samantha kept me informed throughout by phone and email and was really pleasant and professional. Sidney in accounts was great too. Our branded merchandise looked fantastic and went down really well at an important presentation. Would completely recommend Total Merchandise.”
