“Top Furniture should be a best practice model for other companies to learn from. Their customer service is spot on, excellent communication from Emma throughout. They held my furniture for over 6 months at my request due to works being done in my home. Delivery guys Matty and Simon were super friendly, respectful and placed furniture in the room I wanted. Delivery time was spot on. The TV unit and small coffee table is beautiful and transforms my living room. A very happy customer who will be buying again from Top Furniture. Keep up the excellent good work, your staff are an asset to your company.”

“Always some anxiety when you buy on the internet.Will it be as good as the pictures?.No need to worry.My table arrived as planned,delivered by 2 very helpful young men.Packaged well but not overly.Very,very pleased with the quality and look.I would have no hesitation dealing with this company in the future.”

“We have visited many stores over the last 9 months trying to find the right small but extendable table for a long thin new kitchen extension. One very wet and rainly Sunday, an internet search said there was a furniture outlet in Uttoxeter, about 10 miles from where we live. Hidden on an industrial estate was an absolute gem of a showroom. Well stocked, only two staff, who were very knowledgable and helpful, but left us alone to peruse and discuss and then finally choose solid oak, quality producys with which we could not be more pleased. Delivery was great, table and chairs perfect in every way. Such a great find, and so nice to feel and see a product before chancing your arm with an unseen online purchase. Grreat experience and service - thank you”

“Ordered a blanket box online and was kept updated on the order progress. Delivery was arranged for around a week after ordering. The box was delivered by Ethan who arrived exactly on time and was very helpful. The blanket box itself is very nice. Highly recommended.”

“Great customer service. Quick delivery arrived at time quoted. Very well packed took ages to unwrap all packaging. Gorgeous chairs the red leather seat is darker than I expected but I still love them . Would highly recommend this company.”
