“I ordered some specialist paint from Tools-Paint. There was a problem with the delivery (my fault, NOT theirs). I had to email the company - their response was quick (almost by return), and really helpful. Everything was sorted quickly. Excellent service”

“I ordered a lovely orange outdoor paint from tools-paint as I couldn't get the shade I wanted elsewhere. It was a bit of a gamble as the reviews were mixed.. The paint was quite thin and watery (unsure if this is typical of outdoor paints or not?) so I needed to do 2 coats, however the overall finished look was brilliant! The customer service from tools paint was exceptional and the paint arrived quickly and well packaged. It was exactly the bright shade i wanted. I'd order from them again.”

I do hope you comment that "took a gamble as the reviews were mixed" were pertaining to the Cuprinol paint and not reviews of tools-paint.com :0). Our review feedback should instill confidence, proven by the service you have reported. The Cuprinol paint can be on the thin side and two coats on a bright Orange or Yellow would be anticipated. The pictures however do look good and I can see why you are pleased. It is good to learn that you would have no hesitation in buying from us again. We hope to see you soon.
