“Paid extra for the tool to be delivered on a certain day- ignored and left on my doorstep for two days. When I examined the tool ( hedge trimmer), it had clearly been opened and then repackaged. When I phoned to ask about these things fobbed off. Unimpressed.”

“My order was placed on the 26/03/25. The only contact that I had from you was on the 10/04/25 to tell me there was a delay in obtaining the item, and that you expected to dispatch it on the 22/04/25. I then heard no more from you. I rang on the 28/04/25 to be told that it was due in on the 29th or the 2nd May. Silence again until I received it on tghe 8th May. The product is exactly what I wanted, but your customer communication is poor.”

“Researched telescopic pruners and identified item I wanted. Visited local garden centres without success. Found item on-line competitively priced at Tooled-Up and noted price included accessory sold separately elsewhere. Placed order on Tuesday afternoon and item arrived lunchtime the following day. Received regular updates from Tooled-Up re picking, packaging, posting etc. Impressive service!”
