“I had not used this company before. Would highly recommend them as my order was dealt with and received within 24 hours, as their policy states. Received, well packaged and very pleased the Black and Decker Dustbuster. Was an updated model to what I had previously and just as good.”

“The mitre saw arrived 20 hours after I had placed the order, which I found to be exceptional. The package was not wrapped but arrived in an relatively unmarked box. Currier was friendly and careful, The saw was as described and works well at the moment so I have no complaints at all for the price that I paid, This seems like a very good company to deal with. and will keep them in mind when requiring other tools.”

“Sadly the vacuum I bought was just too heavy for my wife to work with (I have to admit too heavy for me too) I needed to return it but did not know how. I spoke to your customer service team and they were most pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately I had problems finding the relevant form so once again I contacted your team. A lady was MOST helpful and understood that old men get confused. She emailed me a form. Brilliant service; thank you. David Riley.”
