“I purchased two items, one of which got cancelled after several days. The final item appeared around 12 days later, no emails no messages to say what the delivery was. These days you have become accustomed to having delivery within a couple of days and sometimes even longer which I have no problem with but to cancel an item after several days and then not communicate on a long delivery in my opinion is poor service. Packaging was decent though.”

“The item is what we wanted and was dispatched promtly. However only 4 stars as DHL messed up the delivery. We waited in all day and they definitely did not ring the bell or use the phone number. They said there was no body there. We wasted a whole day and got op apology from them. The replanned delivery did arrive but we had wasted our time. DHL are dreadful. You cannot speak to a person to complain. We will seriously think about buying any goods being delivered by DHL.”

“This Dustbuster is everything it claims to be. I have had one for a number of years and have just replace it. It didn't owe me anything. The ordering was easy and the price was reasonable. Delivery really quick. I don't have any complaints about Tooled-up, the item or delivery. 5stars!”

“Ordering was straightforward, the price of the item was competitive. When I rang just to confirm availability the enquiry was dealt with promptly and politely. The item I ordered (secateurs) was just as described and I'm very pleased with the purchase. One thing did spoil things a bit though - the cardboard envelope containing the item was split wide open and it's a miracle we didn't lose it.”
