“I was very pleased with the service by Tooled-Up for my purchase of a long-pole Bosch hedge trimmer. It was a quick delivery, well-packaged and importantly, you kept me informed at each step of the way so I will be happy to use Tooled-Up again to buy products in the future. Only one small niggle - I think you could have put an advice note in with the package to say that if I wanted to apply for a free Bosch battery I should visit your website to access the online form. Many thanks for giving me the opportunity to give some feedback.”

“I bought a Black & Decker steam mop from a charity shop and all it needed was replacement cleaning pads which I ordered from Tooled-Up. They arrived a couple of days later and now my floors are as clean as! Thank you so much for a very swift and efficient service. Keep up the good work people. From a very grateful me!”

“The box my pole bosch extended hedge trimmer came in was severely damaged. Even the packaging was crushed. The paperwork inside indicating it was a return unwanted item. I remember clicking on NEW when I ordered it. Not very nice.”

“Was looking for a air blower for my car. Come across Tooled-up which i have never used before tbh ive never purchased anything from a DIY store. Never did i have any second thoughts on their website. Check out was simple and very easy to navigate through their webpage. Package i wasn’t in for delivery so DHL delivered to my preferred safe place which was nice. It was well packed and arrived on time. The packaging was made from reinforced cardboard so it wont get damaged in transit. I even got a free spare battery with their current offer :). Overall fantastic customer service and will defo return and recommend.”

“Good quality tool thank-you. We are so pleased that Roal Mail is your courier, it was delivered by our own postman who we have known for many years. We had ordered this same tool, a week back from another seller, Evri being their couriers, it never arrived despite it being tracked.”
