“Delivery was good, sadly the advert was misleading. Advertised with free gift no mention the free gift only came if you ordered the battery and charger. NOT made clear only removed the gift symbol in the picture, and not mentioned. Would not order from you again.”

“I ordered a corless grass shear tool with a long handle. There was an offer for an extra battery but I failed to spot where to opt for that; no problem; an e-mail to customer services and my error was rectified. As to the gear; also top marks. First use was to edge 30 overgrown stepping stones; all done in as many minutes!”

“Impressive service from Tooled-Up. The 36V battery from the old strimmer works - as advertised by B&D. Strimmer head is 2 cm wider than the old one, overall slightly heavier i feel but not too much. The Ergonomic re-design is less comforable ( this was reported in a previous review). I might be able to rero-fit the lower handle from the old strimmer. At the moment i think im bent forward too much while strimming. Not sure if this review will be appear with the product.”
