“Ordering was very easy. Delivery good, nd between the stated times. The contents were packed and well and appeared to be in good order. Assembly and chargeing instructions were easy to follow. So far I have only used the Lawnmower, with which I am very pleased. I shall certainly purchase from you again, as and if, the need arises. Prices also good.”

“Advertised goods that's not in stock, then wait 3 weeks. Then the Postman doesn't know he's delivering sharp blades. When I need further, I will buy from click and collect. B&Q etc.”

“Not received my item as yet, tried to contact the supplier but the link didn't work. Not sure how I get my money back as there is no other way to contact the seller. I received an email with an invoice that was all in "wingdings" font so not any good for any information, tried to respond to that but not received any response.”

“My recent purchase of a Einhell cordless mower was a wholly positive transaction. My only caveat was that whilst I was kept up to date with the ordering process i.e. the picking and packing of the goods in the warehouse, there was no notification of the delivery day and time. In the event DPD left the package on my doorstep without the need to sign for it. I gather this is common practice nowadays, but it is one which could be detrimental in roads less secure than mine.”
