“Good day.I ordered Karcher puzzi 10/1.It was stated that there will be a brush as a gift.It was not in the box.The second order I ordered kherherher chemistry.The parcel came all wet.I opened it and there is half a bottle of liquid left.So I can not give you a good assessment on my experience.”

“Goods arrived undamaged and at the expected time. The cordless mower I ordered though, arrived without assembly instructions or owner's manual. Was my mower a previously returned unit? I was able to find and download the manual and the unit appears new so no real issues.”

“We did not get to use it as it was too heavy for my wife to lift out of box for health reasons although she still keeps HER garden in an immaculate state Unfortunately I am recovering from a stroke a stroke and even less use - using this key board is just about m limit. The item was returned to you via DHL who have confirmed its delivery to you. Would you please advise when refund has been credited to my account. With thanks. Alan. p.s. I am sure it would rate 5 stars for anyone buying and able to use it.”
