“Ordered my item for my direct drive air compressor and the delivery was fast. I first seen the site on a Web search had a look in and was surprised by the price and the goods on sale. I had ordered a coiled air pipe with 2 1/4 female fitments. The tube was as advertised without a blemish. It fits straight to the compressor and i certainly have no complaints with the site or their goods”

“Competitively priced item, simple on-line ordering and fast delivery. Item came in the ‘off the shelf’ box with some extra banding straps for security/transit. Good choice for courier (Royal Mail), as reliable and great communication. I don’t think you can improve the customer experience, thank you.”

“I was badly let down by the Click and Collect process. Although I received several emails telling me that my order had been received; my order was being picked; and my order was being packed for shipping (nonesense as it was to be collected), I never received an email to say that it was ready to collect. I only found out when I rang them after several days that my order had been ready some days before. It may just of been a glitch, but didn’t give very good first impressions. When I went to the shop the man there was extremely helpful and showed me how to find out if a product was in stock at Enfield. Next time I will just check and then go straight to the shop rather than wasting days with Click and Collect.”

“As usual, the buying process worked as it should and my items turned up as described and as expected.. The packaging was a little flimsy, offering little protection - in fact one of the the items was slightly damaged, but I guess that would have been the fault of the carrier and does not affect my overal opinion of Tooled-up.”
