“Received (finally) the product I ordered. Works well. But using Royal Mail to receive an deliver it was a mistake. Parcel was sent to wrong sorting sorting office in my area. Rerouted, an sent back to local dept (10 miles away). Then kept at the depot for nearly 3 days, at one time, was showing as unavailable to track. So in this case, not a very good service by the provider chosen. So I will think twice before ordering from the company if the same courier is to be used.”

“Took a gamble and placed my first order with Tooled Up. Placed my order Saturday morning and received my sds drill Monday morning but I wasn't expected it to arrive so quick. NEVER SEEN A ONILINE RETAILER PROCESS MY ORDER SO QUICK!.. with excellent communication from start to finish and no issue with packaging and posting. WELL DONE TOOLED!!!
