“As a general consumer of hardware I don’t always use the same companies as prices can vary quite a bit. Every time I have used this company I found the service was great and delivery is quoted accurately. Due to this I don’t know about the customer services as I’ve never had to use them.”

“Great service from tooled-up, but Black and Decker assembly instructions absolutely useless. They don't even get the packing list for box contents right. There are however excellent assembly instructions on YouTube for which I am eternally grateful”

“The item was out of stock when I ordered and not meant to be available until 21/12/24. Tooled-Up kept me updated and when my item became restocked (well before the expected date) it was immediately sent to me. Item looks good was was well packed.”

“Excellent service as far a speed of despatch etc., but using DHL is a disaster. Two orders in 7 days, both took several attempts (allegedly) by DHL to find us... For that reason alone we shall probably go elsewhere in future...”

“The people in the shop are great. However, I ordered a product for collection at the shop with an online estimated delivery of 5 days and it took over 2 weeks. As if that wasn't bad enough, the order tracking only said "open" the whole time with no further detail and no estimate for delivery. This company have poor delivery accuracy & no order tracking.”

“I'm pretty sure the DHL driver who delivered the item came all the way into our very long drive because of the heavy rain and hit my car causing about a £1000 of damage and drove away. Subsequently I'm very unhappy overall a very bad experience”
