“The box containing the drill arrived in a sealed bag. It was clear that the box had been opened before shipping. Whovever opened the box did not attempt to make a neat job of opening, just ripped the packaging to get the factory seals off. It is not clear if anything was missing since the drill was there but not sure what else should have been in the box. There was a double ended drill bit in the box which was not useable without a holder so not sure why it had been added. I expected to receive a new drill in a factory sealed box which was not the case here. Very poor and will not purchase anything further.”

“Highly recommend. I tried to buy this model of lawn mower from other companies. Each saying it didn’t have a rear roller, even Bosch themselves. Great to see that tooled-up has the correct knowledge! And I can now have a lawn mower that has the correct specifications that I required.”

“Good service start to finish. Delivery well informed and prompt. Product was a cordless lawnmower which was at a significantly lower price that competition. I guess this was because they remove the battery from the box prior to delivery but were very clear in explaining this is how it would be. As I already have a battery then this arrangement suited both parties. Happy & would recommend.”
