“When I order something online and the description states in stock. I presume that to be the case and my goods to be dispatched promptly. I dont expect customer services to tell me that it is in stock with the manufacturer and my order will be a week to deliver. Very poor and misleading”

“Mitre saw delivered and I was very pleased with the quality. The battery wouldn't charge but the sellers response was fast and another battery sent out very quickly. Very pleased with the transaction. All is working well now.”

“I ordered the Einhell cordless battery tiller. Tooled-Up dispatched the order quickly and it was delivered next day. The Einhell tiller exceeded my expectations — it is truly the next best thing since sliced bread. The machine is an absolute work horse and it can dig much deeper than advertised (I dug in as deep as 50cm into the soil of my garden beds without a problem). I ordered the 4.0Ah 18V battery, which gave me an astounding 2 hours of continuous work and it was powerful and effortless. I can’t believe I didn’t buy this product sooner — it makes gardening so much easier. I wholeheartedly recommend this tool and this brand.”
