“Ordered a Hozelock double nozzle lance to spray my lawn. Tooled-Up provided an excellent service. They let me know every step of the way with regards how my order was progressing and obviously when it would be delivered. Delivered on time, and we'll packaged. I would heartily recommend Tooled-Up. Definitely a company you can trust. 5 Stars.”

“I am very pleased with my Bosch garden pump but it's delivery was very bad. Did not arrive on stated day so had to take another morning off so that I could sign for it. The DHL tracking system (link supplied by Tooled-up) just didn't work.”

“Item I ordered was showing out of stock with a delivery into stock to arrive 2 weeks after I placed my order. My item arrived within 1 week of ordering so was very surprised and happy to receive it ahead of expected date. Item received without issue. Will use Tooled-up again.”

“Generally it’s fine, only issues are no response from the customer service team and the delivery carrier is poor. The delivery date was 2 days earlier than expected, I have rearranged the delivery date, but the carrier didn’t follow. The carrier left the item at the front door insecure when I was away.”

“I'm incredibly pleased with my purchase. My father recommended Tooled-Up, as it's the 1st time I'm living alone, and not having anyone to depend on for small jobs I know I can handle. Tooled-Up didn't disappoint, whereas before hand I had purchased a drill elsewhere that after 5 days of attempting to get the right accessories, still didn't work. Tooled-Up offered fast delivery and reasonably priced. I'm thrilled with my purchase. Thank You”

“The product is just as described. I read comments that it was difficult to assemble but with the aid of a youtube video I found it very easy. I chose to preorder and collect from Enfield shop, it was very straightforward and the attendant very helpful and friendly.”
