“Delivery very fast although it was expensive. No slower cheaper option available. Item was as described, competitively priced with a free can of lubricant as advertised. All in all a trouble free transaction.”

“The true mark of a good Online Company is not how easy it is to order items from their website and deliver them quickly, that is the bread and butter of online trading. No, the true mark of an Online Company is how well they behave and deal with a product they supply that dies after only 3 months. Tooled-Up wash their hands of it entirely, they refuse to repair, replace or refund, contrary to the Consumer Laws of the UK. Amazon get a lot of stick from some, but when a product they supply goes wrong, they sort it. Tooled-Up don’t care, they have your money, and you have your broken item and have to try to deal with it yourself direct with the manufacturer. Totally illegal, but they don’t care.”
