“The website was easy to use, quickly finding a garden hedge trimmer which I wanted for cutting back a few bushes over 3 metres tall. The product was advertised at a good price and I phoned to check if was in stock and how long it would take for delivery. Staff member noted the relevant details, checked the stock and confirmed they had it and if I ordered one it would be processed that day and should be delivered within 2 days. I sent my order in online and the company Tooled-Up immediately kept me up to date confirming my order and sent several messages over the day including the name of company delivering the company. I was also sent a link to the courier group allowing me to track my order which was very useful because I was then advised of a 1 hour window for delivery the next day. My parcel arrived and on checking one end of the box was slightly damaged and open. I contacted Tooled-Up buy phone, explained the situation in case anything was missing or broken. Staff were very helpful and I should phone back if this was the case and they would deal with it asap. I checked the trimmer over, used it for 2 mins to trim back a small amount of branches making sure it was not damaged. I phoned them back again confirming all was good and I was very pleased with the whole process. Excellent experience for me from Tooled-Up. 10/10.”

“Happy with the product ordered, however the order / delivery communication was not clear. The delivery date at point of order stated next day, but it took 5 days. Order tracking didn't work. Royal Mail did not communicate regarding delivery time or date. The parcel was left on my doorstep without my concent. Nobody was at my property for 3 days, luckily it was still on my return”

“Tooled-Up good reliable business but they require you to be in to recieve goods. DHL gave two delivery days which they did not turn up . It was delivered on the third day !! Would not buy from this company again if they use DHL.”

“Bought a strimmer with 2 batteries and there was deal you received a free battery, on arrival I charged all the batteries to find one was not charging. I emailed to inform them and received an email the following day with an apology and another battery will be sent out asap. The service I have received at present is first class and I would have no problem ordering again, wish all companies were as efficient as Tooled-up”
