“I found the website very easy to use and easy to order from, The whole procces was a breeze to use and the next day delivery was as promised ordered at 2:24 and the item I bought was delivered next morning now that's what I call service. I was kept informed by e-mail what was happening with my order and I had to e-mail them a question I had about the item and got my reply within 15minutes I would buy from them anytime so much so that I am thinking of buying another Bosch tool and wil be buying from them again no question of it. Five star service in all departments *****”

“Excellent all round. So incredibly refreshing to be able to talk to a helpful agent - without waiting. It's increasingly difficult these days. I needed a replacement Bosch battery. The lady referred me to Bosch where another, very helpful lady confirmed that the item on Tooled-Up's website was indeed suitable. I placed an order & the battery was with me inside 24 hours. How could you do better than that? I should definitely recommend Tooled-Up & use the company again.”

“The overall design is good. What i would suggest is a metal tube in the centre to prevent any hose pinches. Also the ability for the metal reel itself to be able to fully swing to the left when placed upon a side wall thus allowing the user to have easy hose release when working around a property.”

“I ordered a garden strimmer and a hedge trimmer, hedge trimmer arrived but no grass trimmer, the delivery company said the box was damaged. The hedge trimmer had no battery or charger in the box. Tooled up said the charger and battery was in the strimmer box which wasn't delivered. Total joke. Tooled up said it would get delivered the next day, after waiting in all day nothing was delivered. All customer service says we are sorry. Biggest joke ever. Still not got my strimmer so I told them don't bother delivering and give me my money back. 2 waisted day waiting in for something that wasn't getting delivered”
