“The item I ordered, a set of 3 impact sockets, was a reasonable price of £12 and delivery was £5.95 to UK. However I received an email to say as it was being delivered to a “Highlands and Islands” address there would be an additional £8.90 postage. That took the postage to £14.85 which is totally unacceptable. I cancelled the order. I think you need to talk to your courier!!!”

“Over the years I've bought lots of things online so I feel confident to say I;m VERY SATISFIED with Alan Wadkins ToolStore. My first purchases were based on their low Makita prices. The goods were quickly delivered, well packed and great delivery information flowed from HQ. So when more Makita goods were required I sent to them again - great price, prompt delivery and excellent information about progress of delivery. Why can't ALL online shopping be like this ?? Thank you Alan Wadkins ToolStore - I'll be back again.”

Hi I am sorry to hear of the delay in this parcel, I can see that you placed the order on the 28th May at 2.03pm and it was dispatched and collected by Fedex that same day. I can see it was then delivered a few days later, I can only apologise for this delay caused by Fedex but I am pleased to see you have recieved the shredder, Many thanks Nikki
