Hi Darren Many thanks for the review, the reason we couldn't deliver the parcel was for security reasons as this was going to a different address other than the registered card address, As there was no history of you there then we were unable to supply to that address for security reasons, I hope you can understand this. “I bought the makita log holder from Alan Wadkins toolstore. The service was great I phoned to check that the item could be delivered on the Saturday and was talked through this by one of the (very friendly) staff. This was on the Friday and it was duly delivered the next day (Saturday). I was kept up to date with the delivery.Even with Saturday (next day) delivery this item was cheaper than I could find it anywhere else. The makita log holder itself is superb, and has made the job of cutting logs much faster, it is also far easier and less effort than using a saw horse which I have been used to. Its design is such that it appears able to hold pallets as well tho I've not tried this yet. Well worth the money.”

“THE SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL IT WAS ALL SENT OFF THE SAME DAY AS ADVERT SAID, BUT THE DELIVERY FIRM SADLY LET THEM DOWN IT TOOK 4 DAYS WITH A LOT OF PHONE CALLS TO FIND OUT WHERE AND WHAT HAD HAPPENED TO THE PARCEL.”

“Bought a Makita orbital sander from Alan Wadkins. Delivery excellent, ordered on the Sunday and received on the Tuesday. Unit works fine, all arrived correct. Website a little tricky, tried to order 3 sets of sanding papers along with the sander. But checkout would only allow two, not sure why?”

Hi Paul Thank you for your review, the only reason I can think of why it did not allow you to order the third pack was that it must have been out of stock, I will send you an email and if you let me know which pack it was you required I can see if we have them in stock if not I will be able to order them in for you.
