“Inititally had my reservations when checking Alan Wadkins Tools Store on TrustPilot as it had some great and poor reviews, but as it was the best price available and having checked out the physical site via StreetView, thoughtlets see if they are any good, so made our purchase. The goods arrived the next day via Fedex and having opened the package found their brilliant unique selling point (USP), so caring for the customer with a reminder to register your product for the manufacturer's warrenty extension, which is free, but USP of Tool Store was to print a card to remind you to get it done with the first 30 days or not get the warrenty. Well done Alan Wadkins Tools Store :-)”

“DPD delivered a soaking wet box outer cardboard soaked inner packaging soaked. Email a heads up and said good job the goods was in an aluminium casing. Replying nothing can be done, didn't even get an apology which is business as usual. Even asked for pictures which I supplied. Good luck in this climate!”

“Great price for the tools I needed. My only issue was that having spent over £75 and getting free next day delivery (which is great) I needed to give the delivery driver a code, I wasn’t aware of this but so had to make arrangements for someone to be at home. If they could put this on the note when giving delivery options. But all in all great product and received next day. Will use again”

“The item was sent out very quickly but getting the parcel was a pain as needed pin number to give to DPD before they would leave had pin number but was at work every time they tried to deliver . So had no option of safe place or delivery to neighbours”
