“I had good service from this site buying specialist Dremel tools. I was able to ring the shop ( nice to speak to a human these days) and find out why I was being charged for delivered of a large order. It seems my address was showing up a "non on mainland UK". They explained how to rectify this and the package arrived FOC on Monday. I had ordered late on Friday so the shop and the courier did well”

“Everything good with the product but DPD delivery was bad as usual. They said that no one was at home which wasn't true. I had to go and collect at the post office”
