“Treated myself to a Festool CTL-SYS and saw Alan Wadkins offered it at the best price. First time purchasing from them and the service met my expectations. Rapid dispatch and kept up to date about the delivery schedule. Would highly recommend them as a company to deal with and will be using them again.”

“Very pleased with the efficiency of this company is dispatching my order so promptly. It's just a pity the delivery company delivered it to the wrong address and I had to do quite a bit of detective work to track it down. The auto-retract hose is working fine and it was a quick and easy job to get it up and running. It was a direct replacement for the same product which had been is use for 7 years.”

“Faultless from AW perspective and as far as design and capacity is concerded of the Makita 80v strimmer, it is very impressive. Have one of the simple oregon aluminium heads with the thick 4mm(?) cut lengths stuck in & my previous Husqvarna 36v machine was pathetic (cutting out too much all the time). But this Makita one has all the umph needed as well as an automatic speed regulator that senses (from the resistance) how much power/speed is required. AW was 10% cheaper than anyone else. (Many thanks)”

“Ordered, arrived, therefore as it said on the tin. 1st time user, and can't fault the supplier, thank you. Still unsure if the actual quality of some of the Festool kit though, but not the suppliers fault. £550 for a plastic extraction unit, and the top section is very flimsy/fragile, so not sure how long it will last with heavy usage.”
