“Mitre saw arrived on time... Had a problem on first use when the subfence on the saw broke. Made an enquiry by email and am still waiting for the courtesy of a reply. Nedless to say, I will not use this company again....poor customer service.”

Hi Joseph Many thanks for your feedback, We didn`t no you had a problem with your machine until you posted your review as we hadn`t received any emails from you. Once we new there was a problem we replaced the fence for you Foc. Many thanks Martin

“The store got my order one day and had the parcel dispatched on the same day with delivery for the next one! I couldn't have asked for more! Automated emails kept me informed and product from Festool was just fab and daddy loved his father's day present! Thank you!”

“Had one before (this replaced the one I had damaged!! sin). Very good service, it arrived exactly when I had been told it would - good, and at a good price. The saw is well balanced and very accurate. I now look forward to using it, and looking after it. Thanks”

“Would have rated it 5 star but the one collet supplied with my Dremel Micro tool does not fit any of the supplied attachment collar sizes. The manual shows 4 collet sizes but states some may not come supplied with various collets. Seems an excellent drill & low noise when switched on, just wish the supplied collet would fit at least one drill bit”
