“Searched for a Makita Power Scraper online, and Alan Watkins Tool Store popped up. I had a query, made a call to the number given and a very pleasant gentleman answered the question. So I ordered the item and it was swiftly delivered, complete with a personalised card telling me how to register the product online for the extended warranty.
